Delivery and Activation

Tweakrix Driver Updater is a digital software product. No physical item is shipped.

Digital delivery

After your payment is successfully processed, the seller or Merchant of Record shown during checkout sends an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The message contains your order details and either your license information or instructions for obtaining it.

You can download the installer from the Tweakrix download page before or after purchase. A free scan is available without activation; installing driver updates requires an active paid license.

Delivery time

Most order confirmations and activation details arrive within a few minutes after successful payment. Some transactions may require additional payment, fraud-prevention, or compliance review. In those cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox. Make sure you are checking the same email address used during checkout.

How to activate

  1. Download and install Tweakrix Driver Updater on a supported 64-bit Windows system.
  2. Open the application and select the activation or license option.
  3. Enter the license information supplied with your order, or follow the activation link in the confirmation email.
  4. Confirm that the application reports an active license before installing driver updates.

Lite allows one active PC and Standard allows up to five active PCs. To replace a PC, use the email-verified PC management page to release an old activation, then activate the license on the replacement PC. A released installation cannot automatically take its slot back.

The currently supported operating systems are Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), and Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 (64-bit).

If activation does not work

First verify that the license information was entered exactly as supplied and that the computer has an internet connection. If the order is still pending, wait until the payment provider confirms that payment has completed.

If activation details have not arrived within 24 hours, or a valid license is not accepted, contact Tweakrix Support. Include the purchaser email address and order number, but do not send full payment-card details.

Subscription access

Paid access remains active for the billing period selected during checkout. Renewal and cancellation terms are displayed before purchase and included in the order confirmation. Future renewals can be canceled using the account or support method identified by the seller or Merchant of Record.
