Does Tweakrix install updates automatically?

Where do the drivers come from?

Tweakrix shows driver update information based on supported sources and available package data. Availability can differ by device vendor, hardware model, region, and operating system version.

Should I update every driver the app shows?

Not always. Some systems work well with the currently installed driver set. Review the device, version information, and your actual issue before deciding whether an update is necessary.

Does Tweakrix improve performance?

Why does updating drivers require a subscription?

Scanning is available for free, while update installation and premium driver-management features may require an active subscription. Driver installations still require user confirmation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel by following the instructions in your purchase confirmation email or by contacting the relevant payment provider shown during checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

I paid but did not receive activation details. What should I do?

The scan shows updates, but installation fails

This may happen because of system permissions, interrupted downloads, device-specific restrictions, or Windows security prompts. Contact support with details and screenshots for assistance.

Why do I see "no updates found"?

Your drivers may already be up to date, your device vendor may not provide a newer package, or a newer version may be distributed through Windows Update instead of a separate installer.
