Which currency applies in Canada?
Canadian customers are billed in USD, not CAD. Prices shown with $ are US dollars. Your card issuer may convert the charge to Canadian dollars using its own exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee. The checkout confirms the billing currency and total before you pay.
Is the scan really free?
Yes. You can download Tweakrix Driver Updater, scan your Windows PC, and review the available update information without entering payment details. Installing selected driver updates requires an active paid license.
What is the difference between Lite and Standard?
Both paid plans include the same driver update, package integrity and signature checks, restore point, and support features. Lite covers one PC; Standard covers up to five PCs.
How does annual renewal work?
The lower annual price applies to the first year only. Lite renews at 54.95 and Standard at 64.95 per year in the checkout currency until canceled. The renewal amount and date are shown before payment.
Can I cancel future renewals?
Yes. You can cancel future renewals using the subscription-management method shown during checkout and in your purchase confirmation. Access continues for the paid period, subject to the checkout terms.
How do I receive and activate my license?
After a successful payment, the seller or Merchant of Record shown at checkout sends an order confirmation and license or activation instructions to the email address used for the order.
Can I move my license to a replacement PC?
Yes. Use the email-verified PC management page to release an old activation, then enter your license key on the replacement PC. Lite covers one active PC and Standard covers up to five active PCs.
What is the refund policy?
You may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, subject to the Refund Policy, checkout terms, and applicable consumer law.
Who processes the payment?
The seller or Merchant of Record is identified before you complete checkout. It processes the payment and manages the related billing flow. Tweakrix does not store your full card number.
